Welcome to Cherry Creek Pediatrics. For over 30 years, Cherry Creek Pediatrics has been providing quality, passionate, pediatric care of newborns, children, adolescents, teenagers and young adults. Our providers look forward to providing a comprehensive medical home for your children. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.
For children 5 years of age and younger, please complete the age appropriate developmental screening prior to your well child visit. On the homepage, click on the well child development screening link for online access. Many parents feel more comfortable completing the screening at home. If you prefer to complete the screening at the time of your visit, please arrive an additional 15 minutes earlier for your appointment. To understand what to expect for your child's first visit to our practice, please read through this page.
Completion of new patient forms prior to your first appointment will help to expedite the registration process. Please contact our office at 303-756-0101 with any questions regarding form completion.

Access to a child's chart will vary depending on the child's age
Under the Age of 14
Parents/guardians will have full access to all aspects of the child's MyChart, including appointments, medications, test results and more.
Parents/guardians will have limited access. They will have the ability to message the patient's provider(s), view immunizations, but they will no longer be able to view test results and appointments. The 14-18 year old patient will have full access to their MyChart.
Ages 18 years and older
Parents/guardians will no longer have any access to the patient's MyChart. The patient over 18 years of age will have full access to their MyChart.
If a child is 14 years of age or older, with special needs, and unable to manage their own healthcare, a special allowance will be made allowing parents/guardians to maintain full access to all aspects of the child's myChart. Please talk this over with your child's provider.
