Steve Perry has been a pediatrician with Cherry Creek Pediatrics since 1994. Steve was raised in Texas, went to college at Southern Methodist University (in Dallas), medical school at Texas Tech University, and pediatrics residency in Houston, at Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine. While in Houston, Steve served as chief resident for one of the largest residency programs in the country. After an exciting life in Texas, Steve decided to relocate to Denver and join CCP. As a pediatrician, Steve has been active in several nonprofit organizations. Early in his career, he was on the board of a child abuse awareness board. Steve currently serves as co-chair of the policy committee of the Colorado Children's Immunization Coalition. Steve serves on the medical board of the Children's Hospital and on the medical executive board. Steve is active in immunization issues and advocates for the immunizations in print and online media frequently. Steve is married to Jody Papini, and enjoys travel, outdoor activities, and time in the mountains.
